Is the Centre a retail store, or a training facilty?
The UKFEC is a retail store to the general public as well as existing ABO's. It also has a training facility and schedule for ABO's and a Business Opportunity Centre with tours available on request.

Who can visit the UKFEC?
Anyone can vist the UKFEC. It is a multi faceted facility for retail, training and business development purposes.

Can I visit the UKFEC without a reservation?
For general retail, please see our opening hours. For ABO's, please click here for a booking request.

Is there an entrance fee for the UKFEC?
Entrance to the UKFEC is free

Can I come with a group of more / less than 40 visitors?
The number of visitors per group can be anywhere up to 80 on request. Solo visitors are welcome.

Are children allowed in the UKFEC?
The general retail floor is suitable for children, however, children are excluded from the tours and training areas.

How long does a tour of the UKFEC take?
A tour takes about 2 hours including breaks. Larger numbers can take longer.

Is the retail floor open during tours and training?
See open hours for retail opening, however, can be open by request for private bookings.

How can I book hotel and travel arrangements?
If you need assistance , we can give you details of local hotels, travel agents, buses and trains.

Are there restaurants around the UKFEC?
Restaurants are within a very short walking distance and we also offer drinks and vending snacks within our cafeteria.

Can I buy Amway products directly at the Centre?
There with be specific brands of skincare, cosmetics and health products for sale at the Centre to purchase.

What are the opening hours of the UKFEC?
Please see open hours - subject to change and reservations

Can I return goods that I ordered online at the UKFEC?
No, we do not have the facility to accommodate this at the Centre.

Can this Centre be used as a pick up point for our orders?
No, we do not carry high quantities of stock.

Can we approach prospective leads on the retail floor?
You are not allowed to prospect anywhere within the UKFEC?

Can I just wander in for a tour?
If we have available guides for you at that time we will be happy to oblige you.
